Great response and agreed about breaking it down and also acknowledging context — do we have the luxuary of time to up skills them? do we have the capacity? is this low of high risk? are the persons gaps covered by others in the team/organisation? etc
As you’ve written in your reply, there’s a lot that can go into this, short of making a blog post too long… I think you could definitely write something here diving into the specifics!
