Totally too many places take only what they want (selective perception I guess) and apply it simply because “google” or “netflex”, “spotify”, etc did it. But the truth is that their company is not a google, nor a video or music streaming service. It would be idiotic to take your car mechanics structure and apply it to a bank ;)

On a side note, a lot of what you’ve described about building aligned autonomy using OKRs and Hypotheses I’ve too have helped implement at a few companies now (and not just tech-product teams, but across the whole org) wrote a 101 on it a while back, you’ll probably see lots of similarities to what you’ve done before :)
