Thanks for sharing! It's interesting that you mentioned Product Ops, because I originally had a section about it and Product Coaching - talking about similar things to what you said... but decided to remove it in the final cut.

I have also seen the same. Product Coaching/Consulting can often be a preciser to Product Ops... does having Product Coaches in the Product Ops team make sense? I think it does for those who have product ops. It would be cool to see this happen in practice, maybe it has already, I wouldn't be surprised. I like the idea and think it would only help propel the company forward.
