Thanks Robert, appreciate you seeking clarity. The pic is an example from a leadership team that I worked with and it's their list. This is what they believed was having a negative impact on their culture and they could do better.
You might not agree or see anything wrong with the words in the list - which is completely fine (I'm not 100% in agreement with it either) - it's supposed to be an example to show how it might look. Sorry if it came across as assuming readers had to agree with it, that wasn't the intent. The main message that I want to get across is:
a) the words we use (and don't use) have an impact on culture
b) this is a great exercise that you can do to help be more deliberate with the words you use (you need to create one for yourself and/or your team)
